Internal diseases

Internal diseases are common in pets. There are many diseases of the liver, kidney, adrenal glands, pancreas, the gastro-intestinal tract, the urinary system and genitals. Examinations of internal diseases usually always include an analysis of blood and urine samples, X-rays and ultrasound scans, and often also follow-up visits and samples afterwards to ensure that the treatment is working.

Zach is our veterinarian with special expertise in internal medicine. When needed, fine-needle or biopsy samples can also be taken from internal organs, as well as endoscopy of the gastrointestinal tract or bone marrow samples.
